great location near st paul's
friendly staff early room fantastic location near transportation
the front desk staff was friendly. mariana helped me get an early room upon my arrival from the states. she was always nice and offered coffee (which was appreciated!). i found the location fantastic and near transportation.
i had to request the room be cleaned one day prior to the service, otherwise it wasn't done.

the breakfast included fresh bread, various cereals, and yogurt options. fresh fruit included blueberries, raspberries, melon, and pineapple. scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled sausages, potatoes, and vegetables were also available.

the room had good air conditioning and extra tea and coffee were provided upon request. a water dispenser was located on each floor with empty bottles available. the room was big, featured a large tv, and had a shower room.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. reception staff smiled constantly and the seating area had large open windows. pani explained the south american coffee options well (i stuck to the coffee).

excellent location friendly staff easy transport small room noisy night thermostat issue
the location was excellent (it was very central to my needs). nearby tube stations and bus stations made getting around easy. i found the staff at reception really friendly.
the room was small and felt smaller than pictured. the temperature increased when i tried to adjust the thermostat. i had to open windows, made the night noisy.

the position was great in the city center near attractions. i liked that they provided water on every floor so i did not need to buy water.
The church bells chime almost all night. Made sleeping difficult!
