the location was excellent (it was very central to my needs). nearby tube stations and bus stations made getting around easy. i found the staff at reception really friendly.
the room was small and felt smaller than pictured. the temperature increased when i tried to adjust the thermostat. i had to open windows, made the night noisy.

the position was great in the city center near attractions. i liked that they provided water on every floor so i did not need to buy water.
The church bells chime almost all night. Made sleeping difficult!
